Tali David-DiNozzo is the only child of Ziva David and Tony DiNozzo. During the first few years of her life, she lived with her mother in Israel, and her father was unaware of her existence. That all changed in May 2016, when Ziva was allegedly killed in a mortar attack on her family's farmhouse. Tali was brought to the USA to meet Tony and live with him. He decided to retire from his job at the NCIS to take care of his daughter, and shortly afterwards, they moved to Paris.
When her mother was finally revealed to be alive, three years had passed and Tali was 5 years old. For the first time, she got the chance to live with both of her parents at the same time. Due to their different origins and residences, the girl grew up speaking English, French, Hebrew and occasionally Italian. As an adult, she also learned Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, always aiming to expand her horizons.
Powers & Abilities
Tali is an Alpha, with powers resembling the ones of Nina Theroux. She can manipulate and control people with her voice, her touch or even just a look into their eyes. While that opens many doors for her, it's also very risky. She has to be extremely careful with her words, and can't allow herself to get overly emotional around others.
Aside from her superhuman capabilities, Tali speaks multiple languages. She's also trained in Krav Maga and other international combat techniques.
Personality
Despite the complications of her upbringing, Tali has always been a playful and confident person. She likes to be around people, and certainly doesn't mind all the attention she receives.
The downside of that? Every day, the young woman fights against the temptation to overuse her powers. Since they can be so simple and subtle, Tali isn't even always sure whether she actively manipulated someone or if they made a choice independently.
