Doctor Lacey Carter is a neuroscientist and member of the BEO. She's the youngest child of both Jack Carter and Allison Blake, and grew up in the think tank town Eureka. She graduated from Tesla High at age 15, and has earned doctor titles in neurology, medicine and psychology since then. In between her studies, she also spent one year in Africa.
From July 2038 to April 2043, Lacey was married, and she has a two year old daughter with her ex-husband.
