Kelsey Olivia Jinks is the only child of Steve Jinks and Claudia Donovan. By the time she was born, her mother was already the Caretaker of Warehouse 13. It protected Claudia during the pregnancy, and planted the seeds for a strong connection to the unborn Kelsey. Claudia claims that the Warehouse considers itself the girl's third parent.
