Jake Malloy is the ex-husband of Ellie Bishop. They both worked for the NSA, until Ellie transferred to the NCIS in late 2013.
In 2015, Ellie found out that Jake was cheating on her, and decided to end their marriage. When her older brothers found out what happened, they egged Jake's car, feeling the need to avenge their little sister.
