Gary Bell is a Transducer Alpha. He can read electromagnetic wavelengths, and essentially hack almost anything using only his mind. He can connect to the internet, cellphone signals, television broadcasts etc. and never needs an actual device or screen for it. Doctor Rosen thinks that his Alpha Ability is tied to his autism, making that its primary downside.
