Doctor Douglas Fargo is a scientist. He was one of the five people who time traveled from 2010 to 1947, and returned to an alternate 2010. In the new timeline, Fargo was the Director of Global Dynamics.
Douglas grew up as an only child. His father died when he was still very young, so he was mostly raised by his mother. In the original timeline, his grandfather was cryogenically frozen in 1957, before his girlfriend could tell him that he was going to be a father. Pierre was thawed out in 2007, and died shortly afterwards. However, in the new timeline, it seems like he was never frozen in the first place, so he might've raised Thomas alongside Belle.
