Alexandra Quinn is an ex-NCIS Agent. She used to train young recruits at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, until she joined the Major Case Response Team led by Gibbs. However, she only worked with them for about a year before she quit. From then on, she took care of her mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
